Service Description

We're happy to offer various rental options for those seeking tea ware rental. Please note that these options do not include service or cleaning. All tea ware, table settings, decor, and prop rentals are for a 2 hour period. Delivery & pickup by a member of The Afternoon Tea Hour is complimentary, a detailed list of everything is provided upon delivery and will be given to the host. These items are all expected upon pickup free of any food or stains. Please note that tea ware (teacups, tea pots ,tea saucers, creamer and sugar sets, and dessert plates) CANNOT be put into a dishwashing machine. All packages require a $100 refundable deposit in the case of any chipped, cracked, broken, stained, torn, or missing items. If all items are returned in the state that they were given, the deposit will be returned within 24 hours of the end of the event. The Grace Package is $25 per person and includes: 1 dessert plate, tea saucer, tea cup, tea spoon, gold strainer, dessert fork, one knife, spoon, fork, and one water glass per guest, 1-2 sugar and creamer sets, 1 tier per 3-4 guests, 1 teapot per 3-4 guests, 4-6 small gold tongs for the party, 1 lace place setting per guest, 4 small glass bowls for any curd, jams, or clotted creams for the party, 1 cotton napkin and 1 napkin ring per guest. The Diana Package is $35 per person and includes everything within the Majesty Package plus 2 loose leaf tea options, sugar cubes, and table decor such as (4) gold and (4) glass candlesticks, white or pink candles, gold candelabra, tablecloth, and one floral centerpiece. The Majesty Package is $45 per person, includes everything in the Diana package plus a mirror sign with the event name on it and a gold metal easel, and 1-3 foldable tables (each table can fit up 8 comfortably) A La Carte Rental Items: 1 Low Picnic Table, waterproof ground tarp, tablecloth - $75 (can fit up to 8 adults total comfortably) 2 Low Picnic Tables, waterproof ground tarp, tablecloth - $140 (can fit up to 14 adults total comfortably) Low Picnic Table Cushions - $2 per cushion (up to 15) White Outdoor Glass & Metal Tea Cart- $50 Decorative Large Carousel Horse (About 4 ft) - $150 Large Marie Antoinette Tier - $85 per event (will need its own table/space. This can be provided) Marie Antoinette Bust - $25 per event Sleeping Beauty Prop Book & Stand - $20 per event Printed Menu (Up to 20) - $15 Individual Guest Name in Small Gold Frame Place card (Up to 20) - $35 Rose Wine Glasses (Up to 15) - $50


Cancellation Policy

For Private Tea Party bookings, a full refund is guaranteed provided that an 28 day notice has been given. Any cancellations after 28 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. We would like to remind you that this policy does not extend to any party booked with the Dallas Dreamhaus, The Royal Tea Party or custom packages. These types of bookings are non-refundable due to the custom details and vendor arrangements involved. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
