Service Description
We're excited to present a tea party for parents and their littles. We recommend a setup for adults at a dining table and littles at our low picnic table (can accommodate up to 15 littles comfortably). Otherwise, 7 adults and 7 littles can fit at 2 of our low picnic tables. This tea party includes: Fine china tea ware, cloth napkins, and utensils. Classical princess inspired song playlist. A centerpiece floral arrangement & aesthetic princess decorations such as a Cinderella slipper, Sleeping beauty prop story book, Rose in Glass Dome, among others. Mini muffins, mini brownies, madeleines, and organic fruit. Cucumber sandwiches, PB&J, and turkey and cheese sandwiches for littles. Egg salad, cucumber, and chicken salad sandwiches for adults. Two types of loose-leaf teas (decaf available upon request) and sparkling lemonade for adults. Strawberry lemonade and iced tea for littles. Custom digital invitation sent to host. Small glitter purse for littles. Gift bags for adults including a loose leaf tea steeper and sample of loose leaf tea. Take home boxes. Please note that tea ware will still be porcelain, for this reason and due to the vintage decor items, and the overall nature of afternoon tea, the strongly recommended minimum age for children is 6 years old and maximum age is 12 years old. Booking of this tea party does require a separate refundable $100 fee. The booking is not official until this is received by The Afternoon Tea Hour. The $100 invoice will be sent to the host via email and will be returned within 24 hours after the party if all tea ware, props, and details are returned in non ripped, cracked, chipped, broken or otherwise damaged condition. Our baked goods are made day of according to Cottage Law, meat/dairy items are prepared fresh same day by a certified food manager in a commercial kitchen, and lemonade, juice and organic tea is purchased at local markets.
Cancellation Policy
For Private Tea Party bookings, a full refund is guaranteed provided that an 28 day notice has been given. Any cancellations after 28 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. We would like to remind you that this policy does not extend to any party booked with the Dallas Dreamhaus, The Royal Tea Party or custom packages. These types of bookings are non-refundable due to the custom details and vendor arrangements involved. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
