An Easter celebration tea party in your home or venue of choice.
Service Description
Our Easter Afternoon Tea is hosted in your home or a venue of your choosing for up to 16 guests. If you're interested in a custom package or have more than 16 guests please reach out to hello@theafternoonteahour.com. Our tea party includes: 1 hour setup, 2 hours of tea party time, and 1 hour of breakdown. 2 tables and chairs for up to 16 guests. Fine china tea ware, cloth napkins, and gold utensils. Curated classical afternoon tea playlist. One centerpiece floral arrangement per table & aesthetic pastel and easter decorations. Two types of loose-leaf teas (decaf available upon request), sugar cubes, honey, and sparkling lemonade. Custom digital invitations sent to host. Guest take home box for any left over treats. This event is self-serve, while an attendant will be present to refill sparkling lemonade and hot water as desired. Please note that food and alcohol are not provided, but 3-tiered plates, additional platters, plates, an area with an ice bucket filled with ice, and additional glassware will be provided UPON REQUEST and as permitted by the venue. Our lemonade and organic teas are purchased at local specialty tea shops and markets.




Cancellation Policy
For Private Tea Party bookings, a full refund is guaranteed provided that an 28 day notice has been given. Any cancellations after 28 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. We would like to remind you that this policy does not extend to any party booked with the Dallas Dreamhaus, The Royal Tea Party or custom packages. These types of bookings are non-refundable due to the custom details and vendor arrangements involved. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
