Service Description

The Marie Antoinette-inspired tea is hosted at your home or a venue of your choosing for 8 to 20 guests. If you're interested in a custom package please reach out to hello@theafternoonteahour.com. Our Marie Antoinette-inspired tea party includes: Fine china tea ware, monogrammed cloth napkins, and utensils. Curated afternoon Marie Antoinette inspired playlist. 1 - 2 dining tables, chairs, a centerpiece floral arrangement, aesthetic table decorations and other decor such as pillars, vases, and a Marie Antoinette bust. Large Marie Antoinette Tier. Scones, sweets, and organic fruit. Jams, clotted cream, sugar cubes, and cream. Cucumber sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, and chicken salad sandwiches. Two types of loose-leaf teas (decaf available upon request) and sparkling lemonade. Gift bags for guests including a loose leaf tea steeper and 2-3 sample of loose leaf tea, and to go boxes. Custom digital invitation sent to the host to share with guests. We're excited to partner with the Dallas Dreamhaus for an exclusive tea party experience. When booking through The Afternoon Tea Hour, Dallas Dreamhaus is offering a 4 hour venue rental (1 hour of setup, 2 hours for the tea party, 1 hour breakdown for $325 (typically $500), or a 5 hour rental for $400. To book this exclusive experience, please reach out to us at hello@theafternoonteahour.com with your desired party date, time, number of guests, and contact information. This is a just for the venue and is a separate charge from our tea party packages. Please note that alcohol is not provided but an area with an ice bucket filled with ice, 2 carafes filled with organic juice, and glass drink ware will be provided UPON REQUEST and as permitted by the venue. Our baked goods are made according to Cottage Law, meat/dairy items are prepared by a certified food manager in a commercial kitchen, and lemonade, juice, and organic tea are purchased at local markets. Due to food items being prepped in a shared commercial kitchen we cannot guarantee that items are allergy or gluten free.


Cancellation Policy

For Private Tea Party bookings, a full refund is guaranteed provided that an 28 day notice has been given. Any cancellations after 28 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. We would like to remind you that this policy does not extend to any party booked with the Dallas Dreamhaus, The Royal Tea Party or custom packages. These types of bookings are non-refundable due to the custom details and vendor arrangements involved. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
